Club Objectives

The objects of the Society are:

(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.

(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.

(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.

(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.

(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.

(f) To provide a sense of community and belonging for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

(g) To provide a support system for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students;

(h) To provide a voice & advocate for our members;

(i) To raise awareness regarding issues that are affecting our communities;

(j) To provide a networking opportunity;

(k) To work to strengthening the identity of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members.
